Coronavirus UK: Exeter Nightingale reopens as local hospitals 'busy'

Bosses at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital insisting their wards were 'very busy'. They had on average 85 out of 647 beds filled with Covid-19 patients in the week ending November 17.
