Man hit with $650K medical bill for emergency back surgery gets relief

On Monday, we introduced you to Frank Esposito, who was hit with more than $650,000 in bills after an emergency back surgery. While his insurer covered some of the costs, he still owed $220,000, more than a year later. New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo saw the story and sent CBS News the following statement.
