Utah insurer launches plan to send patients to MEXICO to pick up cheaper prescription drugs

PEHP, which provides insurance to 170,000 Utahns, will pay for patients to fly to San Diego and drive over the border to Tijuana, where they can get lower prices for 13 common drugs.
